
~Take a drive on the scenic route and enjoy the colors of autumn
~Bake an apple pie
~Wear some of these duck shoes in the rain
~Turn on the Scentsy warmer every single day-Baked Apple Pie, Autumn Sunset, my fav's
~Take the time to watch the beautiful birds of autumn pecking away at the bird feeder
~Lay on the hammock in the softest blanket I can find and listen to the tinkle of the chimes blowing in the breeze
~Rake leaves with the kids
~Take a family walk through the neighborhood
~Pick apples (even if they're "picked" from the Farmer's Market)
~Make apple butter for the first time
~Go to Jamestown with the kids, what better time than in the fall
~Take a day trip to Washington DC before it gets cold
~Crochet
~Get out my sweaters from storage and air them out in the cool autumn air
~Read a good book (it has been far too long)
~Buy new tights
~Listen to David Tolk ("In Reverence" is what's playing in my car right now, cozy for this time of year)
~Christen our fireplace with a roaring, crackling fire
~Wear lots of plaid and the color orange
~Make pumpkin donuts for the neighbors
~Make soup at least once a week, with homemade bread of course
~Count my blessings at the end of each and every day

You forgot: post pumpkin donut recipe on blog so Afton can make them too!
I used to have duck shoes just like this for when I worked in downtown portland. I would trek from my car into the office dodging puddles in these things and then switch into my nice shoes once I got inside. Good times!
